Refurbishment of existing building to create commercial office space across three floors that are capable of being independently occupied by tenants.
Structural works included the removal of sections of existing floors through the height of the building to create an atrium street. Other works included the removal of the steel frames roof structure and replacing with a larger area with fewer internal columns.
Detailed design check undertaken on the existing structure to confirm suitability for the required modifications. Alterations to structure to support complex services distribution through the building.
